Tour Plan :
Depart from Rabat in the morning and travel to Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities. Visit the Bab Mansour gate and explore the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. After your visit, continue to Fes, where you will check into your accommodation. Enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner in the evening. Overnight in a riad in Fes.
After breakfast, embark on a guided tour of Fes, renowned for its well-preserved medieval architecture. Visit the Bou Inania Madrasa, the Al Quaraouiyine University, and explore the bustling souks. Experience the rich history and vibrant culture of this ancient city. In the evening, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Fes.
Depart Fes in the morning and head toward Merzouga, passing through the scenic Atlas Mountains. Stop at Ifrane, known as “Little Switzerland,” and enjoy lunch in Azrou, famous for its cedar forests. Arrive in Merzouga in the evening, where you will prepare for your camel trek. Ride camels into the Sahara to witness the sunset over the Erg Chebbi dunes. Arrive at your desert camp, where you will enjoy dinner and traditional Berber music around the fire.
Wake up early to catch the sunrise over the dunes, a magical experience not to be missed. After breakfast at the camp, return to Merzouga and then continue your journey through the Dades Valley. Stop at breathtaking viewpoints along the way and visit the Todra Gorge, known for its dramatic cliffs. Enjoy a short hike in the gorge before heading back to your accommodation in Dades Valley. Overnight in Dades Valley.
After breakfast, depart Dades Valley and make your way back to Rabat. Depending on your schedule, stop at interesting sites along the way or enjoy scenic views of the Atlas Mountains. Arrive in Rabat in the late afternoon, where your tour concludes.
